05 September 2023 - Bronwyn Notzon-Glenn, Deputy Inspector-General, participated in a panel, CT Powers and Accountabilities, at the McCain Institute National Security and Counterterrorism fellowship program. The panel aimed to explore the state of counterterrorism/ national security laws and oversight in Australia.

16 August 2023 - Chris Brookes, Assistant Inspector-General Agency Oversight, presented at the Australian Institute of Professional Intelligence Officers on Intelligence Oversight – Enabling an effective and trusted intelligence community. Chris discussed the role of the Office of the Inspector-General of Intelligence and Security and the approach to oversight and how that enables appropriate transparency which contributes to public trust and confidence in intelligence agencies.
